Split Image
Meet ‘Split Image’ – 48 x 60. This is the third quilt top I have made using the same collection of batik fabrics. It is just your ordinary quarter log cabin blocks in light/dark color combos. The play of color and the layout is what gives it the funky look.

The other two batik quilts are Uneven Nine Patch and Scrap Vortex. There is still some fabric leftover so maybe there is another quilt in my future.
Check out my ‘Linky Parties’ page to find some fabulous blogs where I share my projects and get inspiration.
Happy Holidays.

Hey Micki
that looks great. Wild enough, controlled enough, and a good size.

I am amazed you can make so many quilts with the same set of fabrics. After one quilt, I usually don’t really want to see them again for a bit, at least not with the same other fabrics. They all look great though!

Bento Box is one of my favorite block designs–I like the way you mixed color.
