Borders
The question is ….how long does it take to get a border on a quilt?
In this case, more than three months. The center of Scrappy Summer 2017 #3-Triangles was done in September 2017 and I finally got the border sewn on last month. As you can tell from the photo the border is extremely complicated – NOT !!. Between work deadlines, holidays and other quilt projects the quilt top sat in ‘time out’ for a long time.

Geez…well at least the quilt top is finally done.

I really like the way you made this quilt, half dark, half light. Very cool.

Well you aren’t the only one who is stalls on moving to the next stage. it could easily take me three months to get around to putting the borders on a quilt. I love your quilt. It has a nice balance of calmness and movement.

Wonderful quilt! The ‘border’ is perfect. Anything else would have detracted from the geese. Well done!
